In my concentration series I am exploring the abstraction of animals. I want to distort different part of different animals. I will use contrast, emphasis, texture, and movemen. More will be incorporated. This has personal connection because animals are way better than humans and they are human’s relatives. They have personality without speaking our language. In the end I want to give the animals human characteristics by combining them together as one. In the end we are all just animals.

Week Three

This is the third week of working on my concentration. I’ve noticed that my animals vary only from cats, dogs, and birds. I need more variety and some merges to happen next week if I want to keep my enthusiasm up on this concentration series. The photos I took this week were with my new macro lens. They work pretty darn great if you ask me. These photos could potentially be part of my concentration series. I’m not very sure yet though.
